BroadCast for Cash Contest begins 12:01a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“P.S.T.”) on
Thursday, January 12, 2017, and resets each month on the first of the month.

Create at least one Playlist and begin BroadCasting. (Learn more on the FAQ)

The User whose Broadcast has  the most Likes on their Radical Indie Player at the end of each calendar month is awarded One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000). There will be twelve (12) winners during the twelve months of the contest.

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZING:

The User whose BroadCast has the most Likes on their Radical Indie Players at the end of each calendar month of the contest will receive $1,000.

Winner will be notified by their Radical indie account email and must respond with payment instructions within 30 days in order to claim their prize. Winner can choose to be paid with PayPal or a physical check. To be paid with PayPal, winner must provide a valid PayPal account. To receive a check, winner must provide a valid mailing address.

The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if winner fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required documentation, is found to have violated Official Rules, or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria; prize will be forfeited and awarded to the  BroadCaste who had the second most likes for the month; then the third; etc.

Entrants understand that Radical Indie is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this promotion and acceptance, possession, and use of prize money. Radical Indie is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize. Decisions of Radical Indie are final and binding in all respects. 

ENTRY: No purchase necessary.

LIMIT:  One entry per person with a valid Radical Indie account.  No group entries.  Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may result in disqualification by Radical Indie, in its sole discretion. 

ELIGIBILITY: Radical Indie account holders must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry, are eligible to enter, except employees of Radical.FM, Inc., and any other organizations affiliated with the fulfillment, administration, advertisement or promotion of the BroadCast For Cash Contest and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or household members. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.  “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. 

PRIVACY:  Information collected from entrants is subject to Radical Indie’s privacy policy.

OTHER: Radical Indie assumes no responsibility for entries unable to be processed due to network, hardware or other technical failures; or any other reason, or incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or lost entries. Radical Indie reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site, apps, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Radical Indie further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, technical corruption, non-authorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of Radical Indie which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the contest.  In the event of cancellation, Radical Indie reserves the right to select winner from among all eligible entries received prior to date of cancellation.  The use of automated entry systems or any other conduct that impedes the integrity of the contest is prohibited.  In the event of a dispute regarding online entry, entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established email account associated with the entry.

GENERAL: Except where prohibited by law: entry constitutes permission to use winner’s entry, name, hometown, voice, likeness, photograph and any statements regarding this contest in all media now known or hereafter discovered, for any purpose, including without limitation, in connection with, and to promote, market or advertise, the contest, in whole or in part, without review, approval, credit or attribution, notification or payment from or to entrant or any person or entity, worldwide, in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list.  If winner notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected, as stated above. By participating and winning a prize, winner releases Radical Indie, Radical.FM Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to the prize won and participation in the contest.  Subject to all U. S. federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited.  Taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. For winner’s name, available after the end of each month, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Radical Indie at the address above.

If THE WINNER IS a California resident, THE WINNER waives any and all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California, which provides as follows:

“A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.”

The winner expressly waives and releases any right or benefit which he/she have or may have under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California, to the full extent that he/she may waive all such rights and benefits pertaining to the matters released here. In connection with such waiver and relinquishment, the winner acknowledges that he/she is aware that he/she may hereafter discover claims presently unknown or unsuspected, or facts in addition to or different from those which he/she now know or believe to be true, with respect to the matters released herein; nevertheless, it is the winner’s intention through this release to fully and finally and forever settle and release all such matters and claims relative thereto, which do not exist, may exist or heretofore have existed between themselves and Radical Indie. The release herein given shall be and remain in effect as a full and complete release of such claims and matters notwithstanding the discovery or existence of any such additional or different claims or facts relative thereto.

By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Radical Indie and their respective, affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, “Claims”) that may arise from your acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or participation in this Contest or redemption of the Prize, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Contest will be ineligible for the prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Radical Indie reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest. In the event of cancellation or suspension, Radical Indie shall promptly post a notice to such effect. California law shall govern this Contest. By participating in this Contest, you agree that California courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Contest and that venue shall be only in Los Angeles, California.
